In 1999, Carlos founded MarketGrader.com with a mission to aggregate and analyse the proliferation of standardised accounting data on public companies. He leveraged emerging big data technology to methodically build an innovative research engine and a systematic, fundamentals-based scoring system that could be applied to any public company with standardised and audited accounting figures. In 2003, Carlos then led the construction of a family of US equity indexes. Carlos oversaw the expansion of the MarketGrader.com platform to collect and grade international equities, and the construction of international and global equity indexes.

Mr Minack has been analysing, forecasting and advising on financial markets for more than 30 years. His focus is the fundamental factors that usually drive investment performance: valuation, currency, monetary policy and the economic cycle. Launching Minack Advisors in 2013, Mr Minack provides fundamentally-based research on financial markets for institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices and sovereign wealth funds around the world. Mr Minack previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a global cross-asset strategist and as a global developed market equity strategist. He also held roles at ABN AMRO and BZW investment banks.

Alice manages equity portfolio trading and oversees fund operations. Her area of focus is Chinese equities, ESG and stewardship. Formerly at State Street where she was a fund operations analyst, Alice has also held a number of roles at RBC Investor & Treasury Services and Bank of China International. Alice is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Actuarial Studies from Australian National University, as well as a Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics from Imperial College London.
