    James joined VanEck in 2018 and has over 10 years’ experience in financial services.  He oversees product strategy, development and lifecycle management across VanEck’s investment offering, including responsibility for new product development, product governance and the ongoing management of the firm’s ETF range. Prior to joining VanEck, James held roles at Macquarie Group and Zurich Financial Services Australia. James has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales.

    Connor joined VanEck in 2024. He manages adviser relationships across NSW and supports business development across broker and financial planning channels in QLD, the NT and New Zealand. Prior to joining VanEck, Connor worked in fixed income analytics and buy-side account management at Bloomberg Australia, where he developed technical expertise in financial markets and investment products. Connor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW.
