I hope you and your families are safe and healthy during these very challenging times. With the COVID-19 restricting normal life as we know it, we understand the difficult climate many of you may be facing. As a family man, a father, a husband, a brother and a son, my heart goes out to those people who have lost their jobs or businesses and are suffering. Our thoughts too are with those whose health has been compromised by COVID-19 during these extremely troubling times.

While this is an unprecedented crisis, VanEck has invested in our staff and systems to ensure the continuity of our operations. VanEck has a long history of supporting our investors. As a global asset manager, we are navigating the global financial markets complex and doing what we can to ensure our clients’ investment needs are met. 

We want you to know that VanEck is open for business. There is no disruption to any of our investment services or systems and our staff are here ready to serve you. We are committed to communicating best investment practice and supporting our clients as we progress though this pandemic.
